ACCOUNT DIRECTOR

POSITION OVERVIEW

Account Director (AD) is responsible for leading and managing the activities of the entire key accounts department. Besides, AD also takes care of the expansion of relationships that are strategically important, which would be the key accounts. AD has a consultative role for both internal account and financial activities and external concerns with the clients.

 

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Account & Relation Management: 20%

  • Focus strongly on key accounts with the direct support from the team leaders. 
  • Inspire, engage and guide our senior clients to understand and proceed with strategic and innovative solutions. Overseeing account management, contract negotiations and agreements in order to maximize profit.    
  • Direct Account team, monitor team performance and give guidance when needed.
  • Develop a trusted professional relationship among other departments, third-party partner and with key accounts. Educating clients and managing their needs and expectations.

Planning & Execution Management: 30%

  • Deliver brief with strong supportive and informative data prior the project. Deliver clear understanding about clients (thorough reviews, analyzes and evaluates the 4P and 3C). Develop expectations for the team. Partially tasked the lead strategic role in the account management department.     
  • Supervise client projects wholefully to ensure high successful rate of the project and delivery. Manage and forecast account financial activities.
  • Plan team’s P&L (annual, quarterly and monthly P&L), monitoring, managing and ensuring the team’s delivery of the planned P&L target.

Quality Assurance and Operations: 20%

  • Maintain projects and updates of project statuses. Ensuring task timeline is followed.        
  • Ensure the quality and best practices of the strategic thinking, proposals and creative briefs to be consistent with the master strategies                
  • Project quality assurance - testing and review of output and deliveries. Ensure campaigns stay ‘on strategy‘ during the lifecycle of the project.                             

People Development: 10%

  • Lead by personal standard, supporting team execution and motivating them to develop themselves. Demonstrate ability to lead with a vision establishing a healthy working culture in the team.
  • Develop and increase digital and big data capability for self and Account team.        
  • Keep other team members to stay on brand and on track.

New Business Development and PR: 10%

  • In-dept direct involvement in the team, make a proactive effort to explore new business opportunities and develop new retaining Clients
  • Deliver planning for PR activities to reinforce/maintain and build up company‘s image

Others: 10%

  • Oversee and develop expectation for all the pitches within the Account team
  • Advocate Mango Digital core values to internal and external partners


Report to: Managing Director

Subordinates: Account Department (7-10 members)

Benefit: Basic salary, 13th month salary, bonus scheme & ESOP package

Promotion: Group Account Director, Operations Director


REQUIREMENTS

Experience

  • At least 5-7 years’ working experience in a Digital agency and 2-3 years in the AD position
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Digital platforms
  • Significant experience in professional client relationship management and project management

MULTIMEDIA DESIGNER

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • From websites to mobile apps, social media campaigns or games, you’ll work closely with the digital teams to design and deliver breakthrough digital experiences.
  • You have a strong knowledge of the digital space and can show our teams and clients the right design direction.
  • You contribute to all sorts of design and production support to the team. Focusing on innovation and quality.
  • Inspire and collaborate with your co-workers to produce inventive, thoughtful, relevant work for clients.
  • Experiment with new tools and techniques to improve your work.
  • Cultivate an understanding of industry trends and share your insights with the team.
  • Participate and facilitate brainstorming sessions.

Report to: Head of Art

Promotion: Senior Multimedia Designer

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Have 2-3 years experience in the same position in digital agencies.
  • Proficient with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects. 
  • Motion graphic or animation skill is must-have.
  • Digital painting skills is a plus.  
  • Have a solid background in design with a rich understanding of Typography, Color, Composition & Layout.
  • Understand and appreciate best practices for Web design – Technologies, applications, platforms, and limitations.
  • Can demonstrate range in both concept and final design solutions.
  • Have an extremely high regard for details.
  • Are able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines without losing your way.
  • Can not only develop your own concepts/designs but are also able with collaborating with the team to enhance every project and are not above any task
  • Passionate about what you do, not just chasing a paycheck
  • Have a strong positive attitude. So strong that it is contagious.


ACCOUNT MANAGER

Currently, we are looking for an Account Manager who is primarily responsible for the management of relationships with clients. As the senior point of contact for an agency’s customers, the Account Manager also coordinates the resources needed to service projects, builds strategic operational plans and balances the expectations of clients with the execution of creative work.

Often you will be expected to plan campaigns, and successfully develop business accounts creatively and financially, while playing a positive role in the agency’s new business program.


ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Business: 30%

  • Support Business Director to approach new clients for selling
  • Promoting the expansion of business with existing clients
  • Consulting client to the right direction

Account: 70%

  • Collaborate with internal team to develop plan and lead presentations
  • Leading a team to provide the utmost level of client service
  • Completing projects to a specific schedule and within an agreed budget
  • Using your skills to push clients, and the agency, creatively and strategically
  • Account-manage and deliver end-to-end digital campaign and project performance.
  • Monitor campaign and project performance, timelines and budgets and report on these regularly to Account Director/Managing Director..
  • Manage the day-to-day relationship with clients, building and maintaining strong working relationships so that they trust and value your opinions.
  • Liaise with clients regularly – responding to briefs, attending meetings, status reporting, information seeking & researching, managing milestones and approvals.
  • Identify and resolve issues before they arise.
  • Give good strategic advice to clients based upon previous experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams, including Creative, PR and Technology to ensure the best result for client(s).

  • At least 3-4 years’ digital agency experience in the same scope of work
  • Strong knowledge and experience of Digital platforms

ACCOUNT PLANNER

ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Business: 20%


  • Support BDD to approach new clients for selling and take care the current clients.
  • Business development: analyze fact, contribute strategy, make communication plan.
  • Consultant: recommend client to the right direction.
  • Planning: 50%


  • Build, plan and develop strategic approach for creative solutions & digital communication campaign to help new clients to improve their business.
  • Explore and use effectively the social listening tool and another tools and report to support the campaign not only in the planning stage, but also the execution
  • Ensure the quality and best practices of the strategic thinking, proposals and creative briefs consistent with overall strategies.
  • Deliver clear and convincing presentation (thorough analysis of the 4C, strategic propositions, and social media behavior), actionable integrated communication plan and campaign heat roadmap to meet objectives
  • Account: 30%


  • Ensure that the project team is making appropriate progress and output on a day-to-day basis
  • Be capable to support team to solve issues, problems during execution
  • Be the main contact with the other teams to finish the scope

Promotion: Business Manager or Senior Account Manager

Benefit: Monthly salary, 13th month salary, Performance bonus

 

REQUIREMENTS:

  • 3+ years’ experience in an Account/Planning capacity and 1+ years in Management.
  • Good verbal, presentation-style and written communication skills in both English & Vietnamese.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with internal and external people
  • Ability to work effectively in high pressure & with cross-functional teams


ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE

Account Executive is a key role within the marketing team of Mango Digital, and will help build clients’ brand awareness through selected media channels. As an Account Executive, the key areas of activity are as follows:

  • Plan and lead presentations: Collaborate with Planning department to give good strategic advice to clients based upon previous experience.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams, including Creative, PR and Technology to ensure the best result for client(s).

Promotion: Senior Account Executive, Account Manager

Benefit: Basic salary, 13th month salary

 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Strong knowledge and experience of Digital PR & Social media 1 or 2 years.
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-moving environment.
  • Excellent project management skills, with experience of managing budgets, estimates and schedules.
  • Strong client management skills with the proven ability to add value to clients and to drive revenue from existing accounts.

CONTENT EXECUTIVE (UP TO LEVEL SENIOR)

  • Be responsible for creating content on digital platforms.
  • Cooperate with Designer/ Production to create content on different formats.
  • Use social tools to collect data and social trends
  • Apply data and trend to content execution
  • Some other tasks that suit your title follow leader’s assignment.
